The CRA Institute offers "train-the-trainer" programs for our current course offerings. This program includes the use and instruction of your company's customized instructors manual and a module on delivering effective training. The train-the-trainer program focuses on delivery techniques to adult learners, which includes the following:
- Adult learning styles;
- Learning retention;
- Training delivery methods, tools, and tips;
- Training media and their uses; and
- Classroom management.
