Refund Policy

Pricing information is located in our course catalgue in US currency. 

Cancellations are accepted with 50% refund up to five (5) business days prior to the date of a live webcast course.  The CRA Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a live webcast course due to insufficient registration.  Notifications of cancellation will be sent via email and refunds sent by mail.  Registration is transferrable upon notification.
