Cathrine M. Parker, M.A., M. R.Ed.

Ms. Parker is an experienced adult educator and instructional designer with over 20 years of teaching experience. She is currently the Training Coordinator of the CRA Institute, CRA's education and training service line.  She holds a Master's degree in adult education and has recently completed her Master's degree in Political Science.

Ms. Parker's expertise includes designing classroom and online courses, creating lesson plans, developing unit plans, curricula and syllabus plans. Recent work includes instructional design and project management for online courses for municipalities, charitable organizations and school boards.
