Thomas C. Emenhiser, B.S

Mr. Emenhiser is responsible for managing Conestoga-Rovers & Associates South Florida Operations located in West Palm Beach.  He coordinates project activities for several private sector clients as well as CRA's involvement with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) on Everglades Regulatory and Restoration Projects.  Mr. Emenhiser manages the SFWMD Field Sampling Quality Assurance Audits Project (C-7506) and coordinates CRA activities on the Microfiltration (WM 640) and Chemical Treatment (C-E8601) Supplemental Technology Projects. Mr. Emenhiser is a member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF).  He has also been involved with numerous international projects primarily in Latin America. 

Mr. Emenhiser possesses a considerable amount of process experience working with private industries, and municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.  He is a certified level C and B health and safety coordinator and has conducted numerous health and safety training seminars and hazardous waste annual refresher courses.

Mr. Emenhiser is the quality assurance officer for CRA in the State of Florida.  He has authored numerous comprehensive quality assurance plans and site specific quality assurance project plans.  Mr. Emenhiser was appointed to the Technical Advisory Committee charged with assisting in developing the State of Florida Quality Assurance Rule (FAC 62-160). Mr. Emenhiser has taught field sampling techniques at annual water and wastewater operator short schools administered by the University of Florida Technical Research and Education Center.
