William J. Doyle Jr., CET
Mr. Doyle has a B.S. degree in Safety and Environmental Management from Slippery Rock University and holds a nationally recognized and accredited certification as a Certified Environmental Safety and Health Trainer (CET). He holds an Asbestos Inspectors License for the state of Michigan.
Mr. Doyle has over 10 years' experience in providing safety, industrial hygiene, and training services with extensive experience and expertise in construction safety management and asbestos removal. He has conducted industrial hygiene assessments that include heat stress monitoring, perimeter and personal chemical exposure assessments utilizing EPA, OSHA, and NIOSH methodologies, and noise assessments. Mr. Doyle has worked on numerous projects for various government entities including the Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Army, and the Department of Energy. He has also worked with private entities such as General Motors, Chevron, Conoco Phillips, Exelon Energy, DTE Energy, Exxon Mobile, and Shell. Mr. Doyle also has experience conducting environmental field activities which include site investigations involving drilling, drum handling, and excavation of test pits; vapor sampling, soil sampling, and water sampling activities; quality control on slurry wall projects; and performing oversight for UST/AST removals.
Mr. Doyle's expertise involves providing safety training services (instructor and course development), oversight and construction management of heavy construction projects, which include environmental (HAZWOPER), geo-technical, civil, sheet piling, and excavation projects.
